Requirements: Possess a BA degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish) and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ideal candidate will be computer-literate, customer service-oriented, well-organized, and able to multi-task

*Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities: Facilitate "matching" process between Bigs and Littles; provide support for established matches via phone, e-mail, and in-person communications.

Work Schedule: T-Th, 10:30am - 8:30pm; Fri, 11:00am - 6:00pm (37 hours per week); occasional Saturday hours, as needed.
