Moss Adams Employees to Become "Bigs for a Day" at Boomers!

IRVINE, Calif., May 10, 2007 – Twenty-one employees of Moss Adams, a national accounting firm with offices in Irvine, will participate in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County’s “Big for a Day” event at Boomers! amusement park in Irvine on Saturday, May 19.  Each will be paired for the day as a Big Brother or Big Sister with a child waiting to be matched with an adult mentor.  They will enjoy such activities as miniature golf, rock wall climbing, bumper boats, batting cages and more.

Although the event is not open to the general public, prospective volunteers are encouraged to inquire about future events and different opportunities to volunteer.  A Big Brother or Big Sister acts as a friend and a mentor in the life to a child in need. Little Brothers and Little Sisters are between the ages of 6-16.  Additional Littles are needed as well.
