Golf Tournament Raises Over $125,000
Orange County’s Most Influential Business Leaders Join Together to Benefit Local Youth
TUSTIN, Calif., May 14, 2012 – The 35th Annual Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County Golf Tournament at Pelican Hill raised over $125,000 for the organization’s mentoring programs for local at-risk youth. The 148 participating golfers enjoyed a beautiful ocean backdrop, along with Travis Mathew golf shoes and Hoven sunglasses, among other giveaway opportunities. Golfers had a chance to go home with a brand new BMW at the hole-in-one contest, courtesy of Crevier BMW, as well as a chance to win $25,000 in a 50 foot putting contest.
The evening ended with a buffet dinner, silent auction, awards and a special thank you to our title sponsors, Villa Nova, The Compass Group, First American and The Albert J. Crosson Family who are instrumental supporters of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County. “This years’ event was a great success thanks to our sponsors” Keith Rhodes, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, CEO, acknowledged “we appreciate the constant support of all our donors and could not successfully run our programs without them.”
